Your beloved chestnut mare refused to carry you any further as far back as an hour's ride away from the stinking swamp and as the sulphur reaches your nostrils you begin to understand why. Eyes streaming, you notice a cluster of rocks up against a rotten thicket of unidentifiable vegetation. The purring noises that surround you here are obscene, the colours are luminous and iridescent. Wiping the noxious slime from your face, you prepare to sit down on the nearest stone for a moments rest. As your body relaxes you notice a new gurgling sound as you feel the ground shift below your legs... but wait, this isn't a boulder at all!..
Putrid Marsh offers us a fresh approach to dark ambient music with his squelching world of fetid nightmares.
